LANGHORNE – Rep. Frank Farry (R-Bucks) invites seniors in the 142nd Legislative District and their caregivers to his annual Senior Health Fair on Friday, April 28, from 10 a.m. to noon at the Raymond P. Mongillo Sr. Community Center (Middletown Community Center), located at 2142 Trenton Road in Levittown.

The event, which is free to attend, will feature representatives from state and local agencies with information pertaining to seniors, a variety of health screenings, light refreshments and door prizes.

“This will be a great event for seniors in our area to attend as there will be plenty of information about programs available to assist them right here in our backyard,” said Farry. “And all the resources will be in one place – they don’t have to visit several locations or call around to find this information.”

Free fitness demonstrations, including chair yoga and TaiChi, will also be available to attendees throughout the day.

“This event gives seniors a chance to interact with their peers, gather information and enjoy fellowship, which are also important to maintaining an active, healthy lifestyle.” Farry added.

To allow attendees to safely dispose of their old, unused or unwanted medications, a mobile medication collection box will be present.

No advance registration is required to attend the Senior Health Fair. For additional information, residents can contact Farry’s Langhorne office at (215) 752-6750, or visit RepFarry.com.
